After the re-issue some remixes to mark the 15th Year and a Greatest Hit Compilation, “Their Law: The Singles 1990–2005“. This was released October 2004.
Aussie’s Pendulum does a decent enough job, industrializing “Voodoo People” with extra guitars and a real drum kit!
Wonder (Wayne Gardner) slows down the track and add the wobble that was a feature of the time.
“Smack My Bitch Up” by Sub Focus (Nicolaas Douwma) is probably the quickest remix the Prodigy got. Frantic drum and bass.
Audio Bully’s add vocals, with stupid and nonsense lyrics and pop sounding house. They keep the sample but butcher the rest.
Here is the CD Promo with more Audio Bullys remixes if you need them, go on , if you must! A poor man’s Basement Jaxx. At least the Dub isn’t so gimmicky with less of their vocals.
Not everything but some things. Bringing to a close the series. Enjoy !
Troy (The Phoenix From The Flame) (US 2 x 12″)
So what do you do with some haunting vocals but a techno track behind it.
From 2001 and a few mixes of Troy from Deep Tribal House (track1) Progressive / Melodic House (with Strings), Trance (my fav. still a soft spot for this version however it seems to be borrowed from a podcast or mix with associated voice overs at the start and end….boo! although the edit is still great and has no interruptions)
My favourite is the downtempo last mix by Andi Durrant, plenty of atmospherics and piano.

4th And Vine (Promo CDS)
Jumping to January 2013 and the folky (almost Afrobeat) “4th And Vibe” The second single from the album, “How About I Be Me (And You Be You)?”
A stripped back arrangement with the now established band of Bass – Clare Kenny, Drums – John Reynolds, Guitar – Justin Adams and Keyboards – Julian Wilson (Gene)
A happy and jaunty song in four short mixes. The most radical is where Kate Tempest adds her own poetic lyrics and delivery.
Tom Elmhirst adds a bit of reverb and oomph to the track. Very subtle but the pick of the mixes.
From 1991 and a gem of a release from Razormaid featuring exclusive remixes from Joseph Watt and Art Maharg with the theme of slower b.p.m’s and there is not one dud mix amongst them. Every track is in the 80-109 BPM range
Really like that includes a load of different acts, from Coil to Vanessa Paradis.
Coil’s “Windowpane” from their ’91 album “Love’s Secret Domain” is a delightfully quirky start to the collection with its downtempo beats and weird , muttered vocals.
Falco’s 1990 track does sound a little dated with the beats but again it funks along and is typical Falco
I’d forgotten what a banger Praise’s track was ! South African’s finest. Enigma get a megamix of their older, popular stuff and the Cabs track was completely new to me, for fans of the 808 !
A real find was the Balearic beat of the Dusty Springfield track with a menacing bass. You can’t not have too many mixes of “Kiss Like Ether” and this one rolls away. “Tandem” has a bit of sampled guitar loops and those distinct vocals.
So when you thought everything is going swimmingly and your primary filehost then bans all your files. All 301 of them (17 gig) but still lets me see them in the Dashboard. So now go and join Mediafile, Zippyshare and Mega.nz on the “I’ve been banned from list”
And it was all going so well.
Thank God I only had a free account and not patreoned into it ! Thanks Mr. FF for your advice and the others for your supportive words, I’m going to avoid VPN-ing for now but resort to gofile as I do patreon them.
So slowly but surely there maybe (sometime in the future) permanent links that won’t expire or be banned. I’m starting with the last re-uppage post replacing the links with Gofile ones. I’m sure you’ll let me know if things go bump again.
