Was this the invasion of Belgium to the US ? New Beat / Rave had crossed the Atlantic.
From February 1992 and featuring the husky voice of Jade 4 U (Darling Nikkie) it certainly was of its time, piano, diva vocals and some rave synths (and the odd whistles) Self produced with Oliver Adams. It had done the damage in Europe the previous year.
“Kick Back For The Rave Alarm” has a rap which does spoil it but cutting edge at the time.
The UK Rave Mix is the hardest mix on here, mental ! The final , “new” mix is my pick! Slightly slower but just as hard hitting.
The Prodigy were definitely taking notes, whilst clubbing to this classic!
