From 90/ 91 and probably copying too much of Soul II Soul’s “Back To Life” and Neneh Cherry’s “Buffalo Stance” hence the limited release. The 3rd single from “Listen Without Prejudice Vol. 1”, it was released in the UK on 3 December 1990
My favourite track by him. Funk and swagger an an uplifting lyric!
The B-side “Fantasy” is also a good electro funk work out. Not the remade version. Those synth horns!
