From ’92 and off the “In The Night” LP, this is a gentle (almost lilting) release. Featuring new vocalist Paul Roberts and produced by Mike Kemp. Bass, Vocals – Jean Jacques Burnel, Drums, Percussion – Jet Black, Guitar, Vocals – John Ellis (The Vibrators) and Keyboards, Vocals – Dave Greenfield.
The keyboards are there but it far less punk and more croon which divided the fans. More Goth than anything.
“Vicious Circles” is a lively track, with a very slight 60’s retro feel but quite a New Wave, “Brainbox” is again quite rocky, short and punchy, recorded somewhere from their ’91 tour.
