My great grandfather gave me a bunch of 7″ records as a kid. From 40s through the 60s (lots of Beatles records)… and a small portable record player. I played the living stew out of those records until this grey dust formed on them. Yep, the needle was so bad I ate these collectable records up and never knew what happened to them at the time (makes me sick to think of it now). I threw most the records away later because they were in such bad shape (another mistake)… Then I threw the old record cases away because they were not pretty… (another mistake)… Ahh youth and mistakes.
