Aztec Camera ‎– How Men Are (12″)

Er, Happy Roses and Chocolates Day!

Roddy Frame at his most melodic and soulful. A classic smoochy from 1987 and rarely played and off the amazing “Love” album.

Interesting is the B-sides. A heartfelt rendition acoustic of “The Red Flag”. There is also a couple of live tracks,  recorded in Los Angeles December 8, 1987, “Killermont Street”, an actual street in Glasgow, fairs better with it’s Country and Western style, harking back to early Aztec Camera. “Pillar To Post” from “High Land, Hard Rain” keeps those Simmon’s drums high in the live mix.
