From the Girls to the Boys and some old skool from 1985.
New York Rap of the finest calibre, William ‘Boogie Knight’ Stroman, Joe ‘Romeo J.D.’ Malloy, and Rudy ‘Lil Rahiem’ Sheriff were the crew from Harlem. Live beats and funky background sounds produced by David Spradley and Ted Currier – who had their roots in Funk, lots of chime bell synths.
The “Bonus Beats” is just percussive track
“Fly Girl” takes the beats of Sly Fox’s “Let’s Go All The Way”, it’s much rawer in sound with some loud Freddy Krugger, metallic scratches.
