Swans Way – Soul Train (12″)

And why not add this classic to the Swans Way discography (as you may have gathered there were not just a One Hit Wonder!)

From 1984 and the long version, it actually takes over 3 minutes to for the familiar song to kick in! Again production by John Walters and that lovely chamber orchestra.

The B-sides includes the very croony, jazzy “Gloomy Sunday” which seems to be live take and a crackly cover of Gershwin’s “Summertime” (Sorry it does get a little better, a little)
