Marilyn ‎– You Don’t Love Me (12″)

Looking forward to a more Leftfield 80’s selection for the Bank Holiday Weekend but first this…..

So Marilyn’s follow up to the successful debut single “Calling Your Name” over here…

A bright, gospel tinged Winstanley and Langer production, with bright horns and boogie-woogie piano. Not so much of a dance mix but an extended version. deconstructed nicely in the middle with the chorus refrain at the end.

B-side is a bit of Lover’s Rock, a gentle bit of reggae produced by Roger Jackson. A great voice, well above and beyond the image. Probably a bit too much Culture Club sounding.
