Age Of Chance ‎– Time’s Up (Remixes) (US Promo 12″)

So the sound of a band that had metamorphosed from electro/indie/psychobilly to smooth House grooves within the space of an LP. (Think what the The Beloved and The Shamen did) This came out in 1989 and was soon hailed as an early Trance classic when the “Timeless” Mix was released the following year.

Justin Strauss is responsible for all but one of the mixes here as well as being co-producer. The sound features new singer Charles Hutchinson and a more soulful groove. Bryan “Chuck” New mixes the “UK Club Mix” is closest to the 7″ in terms of sound and the B-side “Playing With Fire” was done by the band themselves.
