Jean-Michel Jarre ‎– Zoolookologie (Remix) / Oxygène Part 4 (Limited Edition, Gatefold 7″)

So for the anoraks out there we have the 7″ double pack of “Zoolookologie.” released in 1985. A few classics are thrown onto the second record but it’s the Fairlight loveliness of the two Zoolook tracks that are of interest. The twelve is already up here but it still gets a François Kervorkian/ Ron St. Germain remix. Shhh, *whispering*  he had actual bass playing from Marcus Miller, drums from Yogi Horton (Ex Kid Creole And The Coconuts) and guitar (!) from Adrian Belew (Ex King Crimson). The more experimental “Zoolook II” is mixed by David Lord and sounds quite different.
