ZZ Top – Rough Boy (12″)

The mightily bearded ZZ Top released this from “Afterburner” back in 1985. They had found the magic formula of mixing synths and sequencers with good old Blues geetar. This is their best Power Ballad, with epic production by their 4th member, Bill Ham.

This came with an amazing video and the added bonus of “Legs (Metal Mix)” which sounds a bit like the normal 12″ Dance mix to me but nevertheless a fine 12″ remix. Album track rocker “Delirious.” is also included (Rock and a vocoder!!)
