Going to play the game of obscure release and obvious release now for a bit.
First up is this from 1983 and from this New York quartet with the backing of a couple of Francois Kevorkian mixes. Comprising of Jon Carin (who went on to work with Pink Floyd in the late 80’s) Brian Unger, Mercury Caronia and Ruddy Perrone. It has got a feel of early Talk Talk via a Martin Fry type vocal and they were actually referred to as “The American Spandau Ballet”
