Stevie Nicks – I Can’t Wait (US 12″)

Stephanie Lynn Nicks (Fleetwood Mac) submerges herself in all the new 80’s technology with this rock anthem from 1985. From the suitably titled album, “Rock A Little” this good be safely described as slightly over-produced from the original production by Rick Nowells and Jimmy Iovine!! Remixes are by Steve Thompson & Michael Barbiero (plenty of synths in a Pet Shop Boys style) and Chris Lord-Alge, who gives it the rock/dance crossover. A bonus is a special mix, by Nicks herself of album track, “The Nightmare.” Big Production and Big Hair and not a bloody clue what she is singing about!!! Like a lot of stuff on here it managed to get on the soundtrack to G.T.A. 5.
