Robert Palmer ‎– I Didn’t Mean To Turn You On (US 12″)

SO WELCOME TO THE EIGHTIES!! In a place that never repeats what has gone before…

The late and great Robert Palmer was at the height of his career in 1986. (thanks to a few vixen-like women!) The iconic “Addicted To Love” was a worldwide smash and this follow up, mysteriously is never remembered. Written by Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis. The bass line and quicker pace makes it a lot funkier and here in this exclusive US remix by Bruce Forrest over the original production by Chic’s Bernard Edwards. You get “Addicted” as a B-side. Lovely Dub version BTW!
