Away from the mainstream and onto some odder stuff, Genesis P-Orridge and Peter Martin Christopherson formed this band out of demise of Throbbing Gristle. This includes the ultimate cover version of “Good Vibrations” by the Beach Boys. Twisted up but with original arrangement and with some added dance layers by Phil Harding this is all twisted fun. If you are appalled by the cover version there is a punky , rockversion of previous single, “Roman P.” (about Roman Polanski) produced by Mark Freegard. Additional tracks are quite pioneering electronica. “Interzone” slow and trippy , very Art Of Noise. “Hex – Sex” is proto techno with a bouncing bass.
