Back in 1983 and the debut release from the ill-fated and difficult second album “Paint Paint.” and with new vocalist Mark Fox, after Nick Heyward jumped ship. Haircut 100 go all latin percussion and brass with the “laughing gnome” style rapping by “The Plain Brown Rapper” kicking in half way through it, Oh dear! Even producer Bob Sergeant and engineer Mark Dearnley could not deliver a much neede hit. The B-side was a track off the album, still sticking to the guitar pop formula but with more brass and better than the A-side.
