Real Life – Kiss The Ground (US 12″)

Aussie synth popsters Real Life successfully mixed heavy guitars (Midge Ure-sque), Go West synth stabs. The second single from the “Lifetime” album and it was all about the hooks and catchiness but wears thin over 6 mixes. Definite Mode influences on some of the Dance mixes and a slight hint of Sisters Of Mercy’s This Corrosion  (!!!! have I been drinking?) The dance mixes are a bit light.
