Legendary Parisian New wave duo ( guitarist Fred Chichin and singer Catherine Ringer) provide some new wave love from back in 1986.
The main track has an industrial beat met with good old fashioned rock guitar in a 70’s Glam Rock stylee, going into air-guitar heaven at the end! Superb! Co-produced by Tony Visconti it still stands up by todays standards.
“Stupid Anyway” goes for Talking Heads weirdness with laid back synth horns and slide guitar. The jittery electronic precussion and cheap synths give it a homemade sort of quality. Grace Jones delivery on the vocals.
