Well grab this while you can, the last League stuff was deleted rather quickly ! A promo/taster of the “Dare” album from 1981.
Basically the twelve consists of the seven inch versions of both the title track and it’s instrumental B-side “Non-Stop” (Is the fastest League track since “Empire State Human” ?) Then the flip contains the dub versions mixed together in a long 8 min + mix (quite clumsily IMO)
Still a defining 80’s track that set out the manifesto of the Leagues “Synthesizers Only” approach , although “Non-Stop” sounds very Beach Boys !!!!
The lead synth is the tiny Casio VL1 (you could get them for about 30 quid back then) The German band trio used the built in rythmn and guitar noise for their Number 1 hit “Da,da,da”
