David Bowie – Blue Jean (12″)

Okay the last commercial offering for a few days because the Count is a Dancing !! Prepare for some forgotten Dance Gems from the mid to late 80’s
Back to Bowie. Most fans did not like his 80’s stuff but yet it was one of his most successful. This is from 1984 and off the album “Tonight” . Here in the more inventive Extended Dance Mix (by Jellybean) it has much more interesting B side with the Arthur Baker remixes of album track “Dancing With The Big Boys”, it has all the eeeee–eeeeighties stutters. If you can check out the 21 min promo video by Julien Temple – “Jazzin’ For Blue Jean”Β  it’s fantastic.

  1. The chameleon took the piss out of himself whilst delivering one of the best pop rock songs of the decade. How can people say they don’t like this track? When I’m king of the world, they’ll be the first against the wall.
